Carter Stephenson Quinn provided project management and quantity surveying services for the fit out of the UAE headquarters for a multi-national corporate.

Quantity surveying services were provided by Commercial Manager Chanda Kayumba and project management services were provided by Director Ryan Bray. Several specialist sub-consultant and contractor packages had to be procured and managed by CSQ.

The client’s focus was on delivery of the project on a stringent timeline to meet local commitments. The client also had stringent workplace environment requirements, such as security, collaborative work areas and technical stations.
