Carter Stephenson Quinn provided project management and quantity surveying services for Digital Spring Venture’s new UAE headquarters.

Quantity surveying services were provided by Managing Partner Craig Carter and project management services were provided by Partner Natalie Stephenson and Senior Associate Robert Cooper.
