Carter Stephenson Quinn provided project management and quantity surveying services for demising walls works on behalf of the landlord to cater for incoming tenant space requirements on sub-divided floors.

Quantity surveying services were provided by Rob Cooper and Craig Carter and project management services were provided by Joe Rawsthorne and Ridhaa Hartley.


The client’s focus is on providing sub-divided floors to meet the requirements of incoming tenants. The client requires the works to be completed quickly to allow the incoming tenants to commence fit out as early as possible.
