CSQ provided fit out co-ordination and technical services for large-scale (700,000m²) mixed-use retail, commercial and transport hub in Abu Dhabi. Being a part of the RDD (Retail Design and Delivery) Team for the new Zayed International Airport, our team faced the collaborative task of reviving the major hub for air travel in the Middle East. The new retail environment is widely admired, setting a new standard in airport retail design. The client's focus was on completion of all tenant units concurrently to an expedited programme to suit the asset opening date.

We oversaw new tenant fit-outs to ensure compliance with landlord requirements, statutory regulations and fit-out guidelines. We coordinated the entire process from pre-fit-out briefing meeting, document review and approvals to fit-out, completion and close out documentation. CSQ is proud to be part of this transformative project, delivering outstanding results and setting benchmarks for airport retail design.
