Lunate Headquarters: CSQ Delivers an Elegant Workspace

A new chapter calls for exciting and elegant spaces, and CSQ was pleased to be part of the successful completion of the Lunate headquarters in Al Maryah Tower, Abu Dhabi. CSQ supported the Abu Dhabi-based asset manager by providing project and cost management services for the fit-out of this elegantly designed office space extending over 8,000 sqm.

Commencing from a shell and core condition, the new office spans five floors and features high-end finishes. It includes multiple premium offices, meeting rooms, smart glass partitions, and high-quality furniture. The design thoughtfully incorporates Lunate’s high-end design standards, joinery and IT, AV & Security requirements, ensuring a sophisticated and functional workspace.
