CSQ was appointed by the landlord under an 8 year Framework Agreement to provide Project and Cost Management, fit-out coordination, and technical services for the 180,000m² office component of ADGM Square.

We oversaw new tenant fit-outs to ensure compliance with landlord requirements, statutory regulations and fit-out guidelines. We coordinated the entire process from pre-fit-out briefing meeting, document review and approvals to fit-out, completion and close out documentation. We delivered annual Capex works in accordance with the Landlords requirements and completed building surveying services including schedules of condition, dilapidation surveys and technical due diligence services.
