GIA

The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) wanted to establish their first major office/laboratory within the Middle East and selected Dubai as their new home in Uptown Tower. CSQ was selected as the lead consultant, providing in house project and cost management services and contracting the necessary professionals to undertake the design and engineering services on GIA’s behalf. 

The project is LEED certified and includes several technical factors such as the inclusion of a restaurant, bullet resistant walls, vaults, gas storage and chemical storage facilities.
