CSQ carried out building surveying and building insurance valuation services for Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The hotel is a luxury beach resort on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah and, it includes 650 rooms along with multiple F&B facilities. CSQ’s services included cost auditing and assurance, cost benchmarking, cost control, cost estimating and planning.
