CSQ was appointed as Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the complete renovation and fit-out of the aging buildings including major capital improvements.
The objective was to establish state-of-the art dining and social facilities of the Educational Institute in the University of Sharjah, Women’s and Men’s Campus. The project was delivered in three phases. Programme and budget were of high importance and costs were controlled through the procurement of works packages.

The scope included creating dining spaces on both campuses, professional kitchens, breakout areas, and a theatre. CSQ is delighted to have played a part in transforming these spaces, providing students with pleasant environments.
